       I hereby authorize Mr. Li Chengtao as the Vice Chairman of our United Nations Post-Conflict and Post-Disaster Committee, responsible for liaising with the work of various levels of the Chinese government, and for the strategic development of China's specialized and sophisticated digital intelligence industrial parks and listed industry clusters in Belt and Road Initiative countries.
